We place the emphasis on face-to-face class contact as we believe this is the most effective learning environment.  We believe that technology can enhance your experience in the classroom and we use the latest tools to compliment, rather than replace, our lectures and tutorials.

Workload

Classes are usually begin at 9.15, and, wherever possible you will have one free day per week.

The average weekly workload is as follows:

• One lecture per subject per week and one seminar per subject per fortnight
• Independent study
• A series of formative and summative in-course assessments
• An ongoing research project

The course is intensive and can demand up to 45 hours study a week.

Materials

One core academic textbook per subject and the relevant statute books are included in the course fee.  LPC students have access to our excellent on-site Professional Resource Centre to facilitate research and independent study.
